Through the two years studying 10 rich and useful courses within the Masters Diploma with SUNY, I have gained deep insight and a solid background concerning various educational issues. Organizational health and creativity in dealing with educational and administrative problems have had a transformational and positive effect on my mindset in my work as a supervisor at the MOE. I strongly recommend this course to all educators to enrich their practice and upskill their potential.

Taking the Cambridge Qualification in Educational Leadership provided me the opportunity to reflect on my leadership practices and beliefs in a rich learning environment with a variety of school leaders. It was a great way to share experiences and to then look at best practices to develop my knowledge and understanding of leadership that works in schools. The course was informative and well-paced while still being very interesting and informative! The instructor provided a framework for the attendees to work together and construct new ideas about leadership in schools!
